Around 20 producers from Trás-os-Montes will bring their best wines to the emblematic Hotel Vidago Palace to be tasted and paired with suggestions from Chef Vitor Matos in the first edition of the Trás-os-Montes Wine Experience, which will take place on Saturday 2nd December.
The pairing dinner is signed by Chef Vitor Matos.
The event has a fixed price of 80 euros per person and includes two different moments. The first consists of an exclusive wine tasting in the Winter Garden between 16:00 and 19:00. Then, at 20:00, the doors of the luxurious Salão Nobre will open to offer an unforgettable pairing dinner with a four-course menu, signed by Chef Vitor Matos and accompanied by the best wines from the producers taking part in the event.
