It stands in the middle of the village of Beça, within a churchyard enclosed by a wall, with a granite access staircase. The Church of Senhora da Apresentação is a unique example of Baroque-style religious architecture, with an elegant façade and high-quality stonework.

The church stands out for the elegance of its façade and the quality of its stonework.
Over time it has undergone restoration and extension work, in particular the work carried out in the 1960s (20th century) that gave it its current configuration.
