Terva Valley Archaeological Park

The TVAP area has a great diversity of agricultural and forest biotopes and riparian zones, which encourages the occurrence of a diverse range of fauna. The set of faunal species identified is of regional and national interest, qualifying this territory as an important area in terms of conservation priorities.

THE TVAP INTERPRETATION CENTRE PROVIDES ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON HOW TO FOLLOW THIS ROUTE.

In turn, the great floral richness, including rare and protected species, is the result of the biogeographical setting and the high degree of naturalness of the TVAP territory, which is situated on the border of the two great regions of Eurasia and the Mediterranean.

The 480 taxa of vascular plants recorded are indicative of a high and preserved floristic diversity, which gives this region special importance.
