Terra Callaeci (land of the Galicians) is a project by designer Tiago Rodrigues - a native of Lisbon who abandoned the capital for a village in Barroso - dedicated to the dissemination of the cultural landscape of Trás-os-Montes, as a construction of the peoples who inhabited (and inhabit) it, and which succeeds Visit Boticas (2017-2023).
Visit Boticas was Boticas' first tourism and leisure portal. For six years, it has provided useful and constantly updated information free of charge through themed publications, databases and news content. With a view to promoting the territory and sustainable local development.
Terra Callaeci invokes Castro culture as an aggregating element (and geographical reference) and aims to be not a database of everything that exists, but a repository of experiences and memories, from the perspective of its authors. As well as a guide to quality tourism off the beaten track, through carefully produced and/or selected content.
