Located near Valdegas, in the parish of Pinho, the Senhor do Monte Sanctuary houses a church with two towers dating from 1821, a house for the floats, a bandstand and a large wooded area for picnics.
o senhor do monte is the largest sanctuary in the municipality of Boticas.
On the last Sunday in July, the sanctuary attracts thousands of people to the Serra do Facho, where one of the biggest pilgrimages in the region is celebrated.
