Wine and gastronomic confraternities from all over the country, and from neighbouring Spain, will debate the place of traditional gastronomy in the development of the territories, and share flavours and knowledge intrinsic to the Iberian wine and gastronomic heritage.
The annual event, premiering in Montalegre, will feature talks, round tables, culinary demonstrations, tastings and four meals with the contribution of several chefs, confraternities and companies in the sector.
