Hospitium Barrosorum 2017

Boticas

Decorreu no passado fim de semana (de 14 a 16 de julho) em Boticas, a segunda edição do Hospitium Barrosorum – Pacto Barrosão.

During the event, which aims to evoke the pact between Castrejos and Romans, visitors could watch historical re-enactments, parades, music, theatre, take part in games and a guided visit to the Hillfort of Sapelos.

O Hospitium Barrosorum – Pacto Barrosão resulta de uma parceria entre o Município de Boticas e a Universidade do Minho no âmbito do estudo, conservação e valorização do património do Terva Valley Archaeological Park (PAVT).

The event also had the support of +Boticas (Boticas Business Association), the collaboration of the Environmental and Cultural Association Celtiberus, and of several cultural and recreational associations of the municipality.

Tiago Rodrigues

Born in Lisbon, he left the capital for a village in Barroso, where he has developed projects with various local institutions. He is a graphic designer and art editor at UMinho Editora. In 2017, he founded Terra Callaeci, a project dedicated to the promotion of the cultural landscape of Trás-os-Montes, as a construction of the people who inhabited (and inhabit) it.
