The winter menu at Abstrato restaurant, at Boticas Hotel Art & Spa, celebrates Portuguese cuisine with sophistication and innovation.
Under the direction of award-winning chef Justa Nobre, each dish is meticulously prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients, exalting the traditional flavours of the Barroso region and providing a unique gastronomic experience, harmonised with a special selection of wines from Trás-os-Montes.
Justa Nobre received the 2023 Career Award from Boa Cama Boa Mesa Guide.



Vitela Barrosã takes centre stage.
We highlight the Barrosã veal croquettes with pepper mayonnaise, the Barrosã veal tail stewed with tagliatelle, mushrooms and peas, or the classic Barrosã veal steak with three pepper sauce, fries and green salad.

For dessert, you won't want to miss trying the famous Rabanadas with a reduction of Vinho dos Mortos wine and Barroso honey.
