The new Summer menu at Abstrato Restaurant, at Boticas Hotel Art & Spa, offers light dishes full of flavour, perfect for hot days.
Justa Nobre received the 2023 Career Award from Boa Cama Boa Mesa Guide.
Under the direction of award-winning chef Justa Nobre, each dish is meticulously prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients, exalting the traditional flavours of the Barroso region and providing a unique gastronomic experience, harmonised with a special selection of wines from Trás-os-Montes.



Highlights include the prawn salad with tropical fruits and papaya cream, the Beça river trout fillets with warm bacon, cherry tomato and mushroom salad, and the veal medallion with roasted garlic sauce, fresh parsley rice and mashed spinach.

For dessert, you won't want to miss the blackberry and mint cheesecake.
