The Trilho do Guerreiro (Warrior's Trail) favours public, traditional and ancient paths, passing through the village of Vilar, the River Beça, the Beça River crossing polders, the Hillfort of Outeiro Lesenho and the mound of Chã do Lesenho (a megalithic funerary monument).

It has a total length of 16.2 kilometres and is circular, starting and finishing at Boticas Parque - Nature & Biodiversity. The route follows the right bank of the River Beça to the village of Vilar and then on to the hillfort of Outeiro Lesenho, classified as a Property of Public Interest. This is a fortified settlement on a hill at an altitude of around 1070 metres and was occupied from the Iron Age to the Roman period. Here you'll find a replica of the four original statues of the Galician Warrior, carved from granite and currently on display at the National Archaeological Museum in Lisbon. The route then follows the right bank of the River Beça until it returns to Boticas Parque - Nature & Biodiversity.
