The community art project “Between the Past and the Future, Memory” was presented on 24 July 2025, in Praça do Município in Boticas, with a show that marked the culmination of yet another stage in a movement that united the community through culture.
Created in 2021 in response to the depopulation of the municipality, the project “Between the Past and the Future, Memory” promotes community involvement and combats isolation through music, collecting memories and feelings that are transformed into songs with the participation of ethnographic groups and local bands.
The show produced by the association Furor Iminente It was supported by the Directorate-General for the Arts and the Municipality of Boticas.
