From 1 to 5 May, the tables of the flavian restaurants will be ready to welcome cod lovers.
Five days of codfish!
The third edition of "Festival Gastronómico do Bacalhau de Chaves" (Codfish Gastronomic Festival of Chaves) will bring together over sixty restaurants, twenty-six of which will participate in a gastronomic competition, where chefs and restaurants will be challenged to present their best creations.
