On 18 October, Boticas Parque \u2013 Nature and Biodiversity will host the \u201cBoticas Trout Gastronomic Festival\u201d, an initiative dedicated to the promotion, appreciation and sustainability of this regional product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The official opening ceremony will be attended by representatives from Boticas Municipality, the Mais Boticas Association, the AquaValor Centre for Knowledge Promotion and the Polytechnic Institute of Bragan\u00e7a. The programme includes a presentation of the \u201cSustentabilidade Truta\u201d project, as well as the launch of new products and flavours developed using trout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the highlights of the day will be the cooking show featuring chefs Justa Nobre and V\u00edtor Ad\u00e3o, followed by a tasting session that will showcase different ways of reinventing this product at the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event is topped off with activities designed to explore the park\u2019s biodiversity and a moment to watch the sunset by the River Be\u00e7a, combining the region\u2019s cuisine with its natural heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
