The award recognises Abstrato\u2019s contribution to promoting local produce and its ability to reinterpret the local PDO meat through contemporary dishes that elevate the traditions of Boticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Also the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/terracallaeci.pt\/en\/2017\/02\/restaurante-rio-beca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rio Be\u00e7a restaurant<\/a>\u00a0has received similar recognition.
