With about 60 km2<\/sup><\/span> and 47 archaeological sites identified<\/span>, the Terva Valley Archaeological Park<\/a> (TVAP), justifies several visits to Boticas. The Interpretive Centre (TVAPIC), of the joint project between the Municipality of Boticas and the University of Minho, is located in the village of Bobadela and is the entrance to the park. The exhibition content provides a bridge to the enjoyment of the landscape and heritage, proposed through themed routes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Near the village of Ard\u00e3os, the Roman settlement of Batocas (Mines Route), currently undergoing archaeological studies, is always a good option for a walk. It is only 900 metres from the road that goes to Seara Velha and the trail is very beautiful.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
