This portal also contains texts, illustrations and photographs duly licensed by their authors and which may not be copied, altered or distributed except with their express authorisation. Terra Callaeci accepts no responsibility for the usurpation or misuse of the above elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The existing content is produced by internal and external sources, so Terra Callaeci cannot be held responsible for the lack of updating and\/or inaccuracy of this information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Terra Callaeci Routes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The itinerary data is licensed for the exclusive use of the person who downloaded it, and may not be rented, sold to third parties or commercially realised by guides or other entities under any conditions, unless prior agreement has been reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By taking part in a Terra Callaeci route, you assume that you are physically, medically and mentally fit to do so and that you are aware of the difficulty and technical characteristics of the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the sole responsibility of the person carrying out the route to take out and maintain personal accident and civil liability insurance to cover the risks associated with practising the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terra Callaeci declines all responsibility for any accident\/incident that may occur during the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terra Callaeci is not responsible for the state of repair of the paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Terra Callaeci Shop<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Terra Callaeci Shop is an online showcase for the dissemination and promotion of quality products from Tr\u00e1s-os-Montes, especially Barroso, a region classified as a World Agricultural Heritage Site by the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations. Purchases are made directly from the producer, without intermediaries or commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment and shipping methods are agreed between the seller and the consumer without the intervention or knowledge of Terra Callaeci.
Product information is the sole responsibility of the producer\/artisan\/seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SELL
Membership of the Terra Callaeci shop is free for all advertisers on the site<\/em> Terra Callaeci.
Non-advertisers can promote up to 5 products for free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The products must be produced in Barroso or Tr\u00e1s-os-Montes, be able to be sent by post and belong to one of the following categories.
Groceries: bread; cakes; biscuits; honey; jams; smoked meats; wine, cheese and olive oil.
Traditional handicrafts: leather goods, wood or metal, basketry, ceramics, carpets, embroidery and jewellery.
Other products on request.
